    Are You a Drop Shipper?

    No. No we are not. All of our products are shipped from our location in Iowa (US).

    Shipping Time Frame:

    MinMax Misfits dispatches all in-stock orders within one business day, from Monday to Friday. We adhere to national holidays and non-operational days of USPS, and thus, do not dispatch orders over the weekends.

    Duration of Shipping:

    The estimated delivery times for your order are displayed at checkout. Please refer there for an approximation of transit times.

    Shipping Costs:

    Shipping fees are determined in real-time based on your location and the selected level of service at checkout. Input your details and proceed to checkout to receive a shipping quote.

    Damaged Shipments:

    If your order arrives damaged, please retain all original packaging and email photos of the damage to support@minmaxmisfits.com. We'll arrange for replacement items to be sent to you. Our shipments are insured, hence the need for photographic evidence for the insurance claim.

    Refunds on Expedited Shipping:

    Expedited shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the item does not arrive within the specified time frame or arrives damaged. For those uncertain about the product, we offer free standard shipping. Expedited shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and are non-refundable.

    Incorrect or Missing Items:

    If an item is missing or incorrect, please notify us at support@minmaxmisfits.com, including your order number and the details of the issue. We understand errors can occur and we will expedite a replacement as swiftly as possible. For replacements, we typically use expedited shipping unless an overnight service was originally purchased.

    VAT and Customs Fees:

    MinMax Misfits does not calculate or pre-charge VAT or other customs fees that may be levied by your country. The international shipping fee we charge covers only the cost of postage. Any additional customs fees, VAT, or other taxes are the buyer's responsibility. Please consult your local regulations to estimate any additional charges.
